Suitable for use in ELISA, Western Blot, Immunocytochemistry and Immunohistochemistry. Add 2.5 ul of 2-mercaptoethanol per 100 ul of lysate and boil for 5 minutes to reduce the preparation. Load 20 ug of reduced lysate per lane for minigels.
