UsageText :
Suitable for use in Western Blot, Immunoprecipitation and Immunohistochemistry. Immunohistochemistry (Formalin/paraffin): 1:400 for 30 minutes at RT. Note: Staining of formalin-fixed tissues requires boiling tissue sections in 10 mM citrate buffer, pH 6.0, for 10-20 minutes followed by cooling at RT for 20 minutes. Positive control: Brain. The applications listed have been tested for the unmodified form of this product. Other forms have not been tested.
