Suitable for use in Western Blot, Immunocytochemistry and Immunohistochemistry. Immunohistochemistry (frozen and paraffin-embedded tissue): 1:10: Dilute with PBS, 1% BSA and 0.1% sodium azide. Incubation Time: 1hr at RT; extended for paraffin sections (overnight at 4?C). Proteolytic treatment is not recommended.
