UsageText :
Suitable for use in Western Blot. Western Blot: 1-2 ug/ml detects phosphorylated Synapsin I in RIPA lysates from 50 mM KCl treated, but not untreated, PC12 cells. Untreated and 50 mM KCl treated PC12 cell lysates were resolved by electrophoresis, transferred to nitrocellulose and probed with anti-phospho-Synapsin I (Ser603) (1 ug/ml). Proteins were visualized using a goat anti-rabbit secondary antibody conjugated to HRP and a chemiluminescence detection system.
