Immunoprecipitation: Immunoprecipitates rmSGSH from conditioned media of transfected NS0 cells. Direct ELISA: 0.5-1.0 ug/ml Detects mouse SGSH. The detection limit for rmSGSH is ~0.3 ng/well.
