STAB1 antibody LS-C39250 is a biotin-conjugated sheep polyclonal antibody to human STAB1 (aa2208-2305). Validated for WB.
UsageText :
Western Blot: This antibody can be used at 0.1-0.2 ug/ml with the appropriate secondary reagents to detect human Stabilin-1. The detection limit for rhStabilin-1 is approximately 5 ng/lane and 1 ng/lane under non-reducing and reducing conditions, respectively. In this format, this antibody shows less than 1% cross-reactivity with rhStabilin-2. The applications listed have been tested for the unconjugated form of this product. Other forms have not been tested.
