Suitable for use in Flow Cytometry, ELISA and Western Blot. Western Blot: 1-2 ug/ml. Using a colorimetric detection system, the detection limit for rhRBP4 is ~25 ng/lane under non-reducing and reducing conditions. Chemiluminescent detection will increase sensitivity 5-50 fold. Flow Cytometry (HepG2 cells): 25 ug/ml For intracellular staining to detect RBP4, cells must first be fixed and permeabilized using 4% paraformaldehyde and ice-cold methanol. Add 10 ul of the diluted solution to 1-5x10^5 cells in a total reaction volume not exceeding 200ul. ELISA: 0.5-1 ug/ml. The detection limit for rhRBP4 is ~5 ng/well.
