UsageText :
Suitable for use in Immunofluorescence, Immunoprecipitation, Western Blot and Immunohistochemistry. Immunoprecipitation: 2 ug/mg protein lysate., (Protein G). Native and denatured. Western Blot: 0.5-1 ug/ml for 2 hours at RT. Immunohistochemistry (formalin/paraffin): 2-4 ug/ml for 30 minutes at RT. Staining of formalin-fixed tissues requires boiling tissue sections in 10 mM citrate buffer, pH 6.0, for 10-20 min followed by cooling at RT for 20 min. Positive control: MAD109, or PC12 cells, heart.
