WB: Detected PI4-Kinase, beta in modified RIPA lysates of Jurkat cells. Jurkat cell lysate was resolved by electrophoresis, transferred to nitrocellulose and probed with Rabbit Anti-PI 4-Kinase, beta (1 ug/ml). Proteins were visualized using a goat anti rabbit-IgG secondary antibody conjugated to HRP and a chemiluminescence detection system. ICC: Reported to detect PI 4-Kinase beta in paraformaldehyde-fixed human platelets and the COS cell line. IP: 5ug immunoprecipitated PI 4-Kinase beta from 500ug of Jurkat RIPA lysate.
