Alkaline Phosphatase antibody LS-C38176 is an unconjugated mouse monoclonal antibody to human Alkaline Phosphatase (PLAP). Validated for IHC.
UsageText :
Immunohistochemistry (Frozen & formalin/paraffin). (Use Ab at 1:40 for 30 min at RT). Staining of formalin-fixed tissues requires boiling tissue sections in 10 mM citrate buffer, pH 6.0 for 10-20 min followed by cooling at RT for 20 min. (Note that EDTA is better than citrate for epitope unmasking). Positive control: Placenta or seminoma.
