ShortWebDescription :
CD99 antibody LS-C38036 is an unconjugated goat polyclonal antibody to mouse CD99 (aa25-138). Validated for ELISA and WB.
UsageText :
Western Blot: This antibody can be used at 0.1-0.2 ug/ml with the appropriate secondary reagents to detect mouse PILR-L. The detection limit for rmPILR-L is approximately 2 ng/lane under non-reducing and reducing conditions, respectively. Direct ELISA: This antibody can be used at 0.5-1.0 ug/ml with the appropriate secondary reagents to detect mouse PILR-L. The detection limit for rmPILR-L is approximately 0.1 ng/well. In this format, this antibody shows less than 1% cross-reactivity with rmPILR- and rmPILR-.
