Suitable for use in Western Blot. Western Blot: 1:2000-1:5000 detects phosphorylated eNOS/NOS III (Ser635) in RIPA lysates from fetal bovine heart endothelial (FBHE) cells. Lambda protein phosphatase treated and untreated FBHE cell lysates were resolved by electrophoresis, transferred to nitrocellulose and probed with anti-phospho eNOS/NOS III (Ser635) (1:2000). Proteins were visualized using a goat anti-rabbit secondary antibody conjugated to HRP and a chemiluminescence detection system.
