Suitable for use in ELISA, Western Blot, Immunocytochemistry, Flow Cytometry. Direct ELISA: 0.5-1.0 ug/ml with the appropriate secondary reagents to detect rat LILRC1. The detection limit for rrLILRC1 is approximately 1.5 ng/well. In this format, this antibody shows approximately 30% cross-reactivity with rmLILRCI and less than 1% cross-reactivity with rrLILRC2. Western Blot: 0.1-0.2 ug/ml with the appropriate secondary reagents to detect rat LILRC1. The detection limit for rrLILRC1 is approximately 5 ng/lane under non-reducing and reducing conditions. Immunocytochemistry: 2-15 ug/ml. This antibody will detect human rat LILRC1 in rat splenocytes. Flow Cytometry: Dilute to 50 ug/ml and add 10 ul of the diluted solution to 1-2.5x10^5 cells in a total reaction volume not exceeding 200ul. The binding of unlabeled antibodies may be visualized by adding 10 ul of a 25 ug/ml stock solution of a secondary developing reagent such as anti-goat lgG conjugated to a fluorochrome. This antibody has been tested on rat splenocytes for use in flow cytometry.
