Suitable for use in ELISA and Flow Cytometry and Functional application. Cells were washed twice and incubated appropriate secondary antibody, after which they were washed twice, fixed and analyzed by FC. Cells stained positive with a mean shift of 1.3 log10 fluorescent units when compared to isotype control mouse IgG.
