ELISA: 0.5-1 ug/ml The detection limit for rhGlypican 6 is. ~7 ng/well. Flow Cytometry: 0.2 mg/ml. Add 10 ul to 2.5x10^5 cells in a total reaction volume not exceeding 200ul.
