ShortWebDescription :
GSTA1 antibody LS-C36473 is an unconjugated rabbit polyclonal antibody to GSTA1. Validated for WB.
UsageText :
Suitable for use in Western Blot. Western Blot Analysis: 0.5-2 ug/ml of this lot detected 100 ng of MAP Kinase 2/Erk2, active. 0.5-2 ug/ml of a previous lot detected 500 ng of GST. Representative blot from a previous lot. Cell lysate containing GST fusion protein was resolved by electrophoresis, transferred to nitro-cellulose and probed with anti-GST (1 ug/ml). Proteins were visualized using a goat anti-rabbit secondary antibody conjugated to HRP and a chemiluminescence detection system. Arrow indicates the GST fusion protein.
