UsageText :
Suitable for use in ELISA and Western Blot. Western Blot: 1-2 ug/ml with appropriate secondary reagents to detect human FLRT3. Using a colorimetric detection system, the detection limit for rhFLRT3 is approximately 10 ng/lane under non-reducing and reducing conditions. Chemiluminescent detection will increase sensitivity by 5 to 50 fold. Direct ELISA: 0.5-1.0 ug/ml with the appropriate secondary reagents to detect human FLRT3. The detection limit for rhFLRT3 is ~3 ng/well. Hybridoma: Fusion of a mouse myeloma with B cells obtained from a mouse immunized with purified, NS0-derived, recombinant human FLRT3 (rhFLRT3; aa 29-528: Accession # AAH20870).
