Suitable for use in ELISA, Immunohistochemistry, Immunoprecipitation and Western Blot. Immunohistochemistry (Frozen): 1:50. Immunoprecipitation: 20 ul immunoprecipitates dystroglycan from 750 ug of C2C12 cell lysate. Western Blot: 1:50-1:500. Detects a-Dystroglycan in C2C12 cell lysate. Previous lot detected Dystroglycan in rabbit skeletal muscle. Positive control: Mouse, rat and human skeletal muscle tissue extracts or DU145 (human prostate carcinoma tumor) cell lysate.
