Western Blot: This antibody can be used at 0.1-0.2 ug/ml with the appropriate secondary reagents to detect human Dopa. The detection limit for rhDopa is approximately 5 ng/lane under non-reducing and reducing conditions. The applications listed have been tested for the unconjugated form of this product. Other forms have not been tested.
