Suitable for use in Western Blot, Neutralization and ELISA. Western Blot: 1-2 ug/ml. Using a colorimetric detection system, the detection limit is ~10 ng/lane under non-reducing conditions. Chemiluminescent detection will increase sensitivity 5-50 fold. Neutralization: 1-5 ug/ml in the presence of 100 ng/ml of rmChemerin, using the human ChemR23 transfected BaF/3 cell chemotaxis assay. ELISA: 0.5-1.0 ug/ml. Detection limit is ~10 ng/well. Hybridoma: Mouse myeloma with B cells obtained from a rat immunized with purified, E. coli-derived, recombinant mouse Chemerin (rmChemerin; aa17-156; Accession # NP_082128).
