RUNX3 antibody LS-C358035 is an unconjugated mouse monoclonal antibody to human RUNX3. Validated for WB.
UsageText :
The Runt family of transcription factors is involved in both normal cell development and carcinogenesis. Runt-related transcription factor 3 has been shown to be a tumor suppressor. Hypermethylation and mislocalization of the protein to the cytoplasm leads to low levels of RUNX3 and increased proliferation of breast and gastric tumor cells.
