Five x 105 Ficoll prepared human peripheral blood mononuclear cells were incubated 45 minutes on ice with 80 ul of anti-CD44 F(ab')2 at 5 ug/ml. Cells were washed twice and incubated with secondary reagent Goat anti-Mouse IgG/FITC, after which they were washed three times, fixed and analyzed by FACS using a lymphoid gate. Cells stained positive with a mean shift of 2.13 log10 fluorescent units when compared to a Mouse IgG1 F(ab')2 at a similar concentration. The applications listed have been tested for the unmodified form of this product. Other forms have not been tested.
