Suitable for use in Western Blot, Immunocytochemistry and ELISA. Immunocytochemistry: 25 ug/ml will detect CD48 in paraformaldehyde-fixed human PBMC. ELISA (Direct): 0.5-1 ug/ml Detects 2 ng/well of recombinant human CD48. Western Blot: 1-2 ug/ml Detection limit is 5 ng/lane under non-reducing conditions. Reducing conditions is not recommended.
