Western Blot: 1:500 dilution detected endogenous Brk in SKBR3 cell lysate. Lysate was resolved by electrophoresis, transferred to PVDF, and probed for 2 hours at room temperature. Proteins were visualized via HRP and chemiluminescent detection. Band observed at ~50kD indicates Brk. An upper band is thought to be the 73kD ELF-related protein that shares 70% homology with the immunizing peptide. Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
