UsageText :
Suitable for use in Western Blot, Immunohistochemistry and Immunocytochemistry. Western Blot: 0.5-2 ug/ml detects p34-ARC in RIPA lysates from human A431, Jurkat and mouse 3T3 cells. A431 cell lysate was resolved by electrophoresis, transferred to nitrocellulose and probed with anti-p34-Arc (1 ug/ml). Proteins were visualized using a goat anti-rabbit IgG labeled with HRP and a chemiluminescence detection system. Immunohistochemistry: 10 ug/ml detects p34-Arc in mouse array tissue and formalin-fixed, paraffin-embedded human adenocarcinoma tissue. Immunocytochemistry: Can be detected in C2C12 cells.
