Suitable for use in Immunofluorescence and Immunohistochemistry. Immunohistochemistry: 2-4 ug/ml for 30 min. at RT. Formalin/paraffin: No special pretreatment is required for the immunohistochemical staining of formalin/paraffin tissues. Positive control: Skeletal or Cardiac muscle or Rhabdomyosarcoma. The applications listed have been tested for the unmodified form of this product. Other forms have not been tested.
