Suitable for use in Western Blot. Western Blot: 0.05-0.1 mg/ml detects 14-3-3 gamma in RIPA lysate from 3T3/A31 cells. 3T3/A31 cell lysate was resolved by electrophoresis, transferred to nitrocellulose and probed with anti-14-3-3 gamma (0.05 mg/ml). Proteins were visualized using a goat anti-mouse secondary antibody conjugated to HRP and a chemiluminescence detection system. Positive control: F4209.
