The applications listed have been tested for the unconjugated form of this product. Other forms have not been tested. ELISA - Direct and indirect: 1:5000-1:10000. Western Blot - 1:2000-1:10000 using ECL. Suggested blocking and dilution buffer is TBST containing 0.05% Tween 20 and 5% skim milk. Suggested incubation time is 1 hour at room temperature.
