Peptide ELISA: antibody detection limit dilution 1:128000. Western blot: Approx 55kD band observed in Rat Colon lysates (calculated MW of 54.0kD according to NP_036765.2). Recommended concentration: 0.1-0.3 ug/ml. An additional faint band of unknown identity was also consistently observed at 75kD. This band was successfully blocked by incubation with the immunizing peptide.
