This antibody has been used as a coating antibody at 5-15 µg/ml in atwo site ELISA with biotin conjugated IL-6 antibody (Cat. No. LS-C26506). Typicallythe ELISA has a working range of 0-10000 pg/ml and a sensitivity of 5 pg/mlwith the appropriate standard.Recommended sample volumes are 25-200 µl. Recovery of human IL-6 inadded to human serum is typically >85% in the ELISA.
