Suitable for use in Immunohistochemistry. Immunohistochemistry (Formalin/paraffin): 1:10 for 60 min at RT. Staining of formalin-fixed tissues requires boiling tissue sections in 1 mM EDTA, pH 8, for 10-20 min followed by cooling at RT for 20 min. Positive control: Lymphoma.
