UsageText :
Suitable for use in ELISA, Western Blot, Immunoprecipitation, and Immunocytochemistry. Western Blot: 0.5-2 ug/ml detects paxillin in RIPA lysates from 3T3 fibroblasts using 20 ug per lane for minigels. Immunoprecipitation: 4 ug per 500 ug of cell lysate. Immunocytochemistry:5-10 ug/ml (gave positive immunostaining for paxillin in REF (rat embryo fibroblast) 52 cells fixed with 3.7% paraformaldehyde for 5 minutes).
