Can be used for detection of p53DINP1 by Western blot at 1 to 2 ug/ml. Human lung tissue lysate can be used as a positive control and a band at 27kD can be detected. A lower band at 18kD was detected in human spleen, and mouse liver and kidney tissue lysates, which may represent the p53DINP1-b form.
