UsageText :
Suitable for use in Flow Cytometry and Immunocytochemistry. Sequentially incubated with anti-mouse IgG labeled with Rhodamine Red or another appropriate secondary antibody at RT in the dark for an hour. Add 10 ul of anti-mouse goat IgG labeled with Fluorescein to visualize the binding of unlabeled monoclonal antibodies. Wash cells with 0.1% saponin prior to analysis.
