UsageText :
Western Blot1 (Ab 1-2 ug/ml for 2hrs at RT). Immunohistochemistry (Formalin/paraffin) (Use Ab at 0.06-0.12 ug/ml for 30 min at RT). Staining of formalin-fixed tissues requires boiling tissue sections in 10 mM citrate buffer, pH 6.0, for 10-20 min followed by cooling at RT for 20 min. Positive control: Tonsil. The applications listed have been tested for the unmodified form of this product. Other forms have not been tested.
