UsageText :
Immunoprecipitation, Western Blot, Immunohistochemistry (frozen & formalin/paraffin). Staining of formalin-fixed tissues requires boiling tissue sections in 10 mM citrate buffer, pH 6.0 for 10-20 min., followed by cooling at RT for 20 min. Immunoprecipitation: Use Protein A; 2 ug antibody/mg protein lysate. Western Blot: 0.5 ug/ml. Immunohistochemistry: 2-4 ug/ml. The applications listed have been tested for the unmodified form of this product. Other forms have not been tested.
