UsageText :
Suitable for use in Immunoprecipitation, Western Blot, and Immunohistochemistry. Immunoprecipitation: Use Protein G; 2 ug antibody/mg protein lysate. Western Blot: 1 ug/ml for 2 hours at RT. Immunohistochemistry Frozen & formalin/paraffin: 1-2 ug/ml for 30 min. at RT. Staining of formalin-fixed tissues requires boiling tissue sections in 10 mM citrate buffer, pH 6.0 for 10-20 min., followed by cooling at RT for 20 min. Positive control: CaC1 melanoma cells and melanomas.
