Suitable for use in ELISA, Western Blot and Immunoprecipitation. Proteins were visualized using a goat anti-mouse IgG labeled with HRP* and a chemiluminescence detection system. Immunoprecipitation: Precipitates MARCKS proteins from bovine brain extracts. Used mainly for the evaluation of MARCKS protein phosphorylation in intact human cells. Determined by immunoprecipitation of 32P-labeled protein as an indicator of protein kinase C activation in cells.
