Recognizes the Mr 220kD b1-chain of human laminin. Appears to react with the NH2-terminus of the Ln b1chain. Unlike many other Mabs to Ln b1chain reacts strongly both under reducing and non reducing conditions. Used to purify Ln-8 and Ln-10 by affinity chromatography.
