Product Name :
CDw218a / IL18R1 Antibody (Azide-free) LS-C24885
Specificity :
Recognizes the human IL-18 receptor alpha chain (also known IL-1R related protein). This receptor is expressed by T and B lymphocytes, at low levels in resting cells and at higher levels following stimulation by IL-12. IL-18 binding requires both the IL-18 alpha and beta chains. This antibody has been shown to block the binding of recombinant IL-18 to the receptor.
