UsageText :
Suitable for use in Affinity Purification, Conjugation, ELISA, Western Blot, Tyrosine Kinase Assay and Immunohistochemistry. Not suitable for use in Immunoprecipitation. Affinity Purification: With peptide elution. Tyrosine Kinase Assay: Antibody mediated capture on microtiter plates. Western Blot: 1-2 ug/ml for 2hrs at RT. Immunohistochemistry (Formalin/paraffin): 1:50 for 30 minutes at RT. Staining of formalin-fixed tissues requires boiling tissue sections in 1 mM EDTA, pH 8.0, for 10-20 minutes followed by cooling at RT for 20 minutes. Positive control: HEP-G-2, IM-9 lymphocyte cells, placenta or brain. The applications listed have been tested for the unmodified form of this product. Other forms have not been tested.
