UsageText :
Suitable for use in ELISA, Western Blot, Immunocytochemistry and Immunohistochemistry. Western Blot: 1:1000-1:10000. Detected phospho-Histone H2B in HL-60 cells treated with 20 ug/ul VP16 for 18 hours. A 1:250-1:2000 dilution also detected phospho-Histone H2B acid extracted proteins from colcemid-arrested HeLa cells. Immunocytochemistry: 1:5000 selectively immunostained pycnotic apoptotic HL-60 cells and TUNEL positive HeLa cells. Immunohistochemistry: 1:5000 immunostained deparaffinized Xenopus tail sections. Note: Use of this antibody at dilutions which are too low will result in non-specific detection of Histone H2B and other unknown proteins in immunoblots of acid extracts from untreated cells.
