Western Blot (Colorimetric): 1:1000. Note: This product may be used directly without the removal of the glycerol. As a blocking solution, we recommend 5% skim milk powder, 0.05% Tween 20 in PBS. This buffer significantly reduces the background observed compared to using only BSA as a blocking agent. Once diluted, the solution should be kept of 4?C and not refrozen. Positive control: Recombinant Human Hsp70 Protein. The applications listed have been tested for the unconjugated form of this product. Other forms have not been tested.
