Western Blot: 1 ug/ml was sufficient for colorimetric detection of Hsp/Hsc70 in 20 ug of heat shocked HeLa lysate using goat anti-mouse IgG: HRP as the secondary antibody. Positive control: BT474 or HeLa cells, breast carcinoma.
