ShortWebDescription :
Gi antibody LS-C23978 is an unconjugated mouse monoclonal antibody to Gi (GNAI1) (aa110-123) from human. It is reactive with human, mouse, rat and other species. Validated for ELISA and WB.
UsageText :
Suitable for use in ELISA and Western Blot. Western Blot Analysis: 2-4 ug/ml detects Gia1 from a rat brain microsomal preparation. Rat brain microsomal preparation was resolved by electrophoresis, transferred to nitrocellulose and probed with anti-Gia1 (2 ug/ml). Proteins were visualized using a goat anti-mouse secondary antibody conjugated to HRP* and a chemiluminescence detection system.
