Suitable for use in Western Blot, Gel Mobility Shift Assay, Immunoprecipitation, Immunohistochemistry and Immunocytochemistry. Western Blot (ECL): 2 ug/ml. Gel Mobility Shift Assay: 20 ug/reaction. Immunoprecipitation: 20 ug/100 ul beads. We recommend that protein A Sepharose be used as immunoabsorbant with a bridging rabbit anti-mouse IgG to ensure efficient binding of the antibody.
