Suitable for use in Immunohistochemistry. Immunohistochemistry (Formalin/paraffin): 1:5 for 60 min at RT. Staining of formalin-fixed tissues requires boiling tissue sections in 1 mM EDTA, pH 8.0, for 10-20 min followed by cooling at RT for 20 min. Detection may require use of a high-sensitivity detection system. Positive control: Skin.
