UsageText :
Suitable for use in Western Blot, Immunohistochemistry and Immunocytochemistry. Western Blot: Recognizes diffuse band at ~70-85kD on extracts (20 ug total protein) from human caudate, putamen and nucleus accumbens. Not recommended for use on rat. Immunohistochemistry (4% paraformaldehyde fixed tissue): 1:1000-1:10000; Care should be taken not to over-fix tissue. Perfusion is followed by less than 90 minutes. post-fixation, then cryoprotect. For use on rat tissue, a rat PAP system or ABC detection to enhance sensitivity is recommended. Positive control: Brain (caudate, putamen and nucleus accumbens).
