ShortWebDescription :
Dopamine Receptor D2 antibody LS-C22919 is an unconjugated rabbit polyclonal antibody to Dopamine Receptor D2 (DRD2) (3rd Cytoplasmic Domain) from human. It is reactive with human, mouse, rat and other species. Validated for ELISA, IHC, IP and WB.
UsageText :
Suitable for use in Western Blot, Immunohistochemistry, Immunoprecipitation and ELISA. Western Blot: 1:1000. Detected Dopamine Receptor D2 on 10 ug of human brain lysates. Immunohistochemistry (Paraformaldehyde fixed sections): 2-10 ug/ml. Immunoprecipitation: 1-10 ug/ml. Using 100-400 ug of protein. An antibody made to this epitope has been shown to immunoprecipitate both the long and short forms. ELISA: 0.5-1.0 ug/ml. Positive control: Monkey brain tissue, rat brain lysate.
