Suitable for use in ELISA and Western Blot. Western Blot: 1:500-1:2500 using ECL. Detects 2 proteins of 50 and 75kD in solubilized hippocampal membranes. The 75kD band was not visible in striatum. ~100-400 ug protein/lane should be loaded to visualize the 75kD band. ELISA: 1:5000-1:25000. Coat ELISA plates at 1 ug/ml of Control Peptide.
